We ended our cooperation with the GäWoRing on December 31, 2021. But you don't have to do without having vacations in a cooperative apartment. From 01.01.2022 we will enter a new cooperation with the marketing initiative - Housing Cooperatives Germany. The marketing initiative is a cooperation between various cooperatives in Germany and Switzerland, which meanwhile already provide more than 140 guest apartments.
Our members can use the fully equipped guest apartments throughout Germany and Switzerland for a small fee and thus explore many new places. Incidentally, we are the first housing company in Bavaria to have joined the marketing initiative. Take advantage of this membership advantage and take a vacation at low prices.
The building cooperative Kulmbach und Umgebung eG has two guest apartments that can be booked by all members of the cooperating cooperatives. The booking can easily be made through the portal
