If you conclude a usage contract with us, the following cooperative shares must be signed before the rental begins.

What is a cooperative share worth and how much do I have to pay for it?

The amount of a business share is € 400.00.
The number of business shares required depends on the number of rooms in the apartment that is rented. these are

For a 1-room apartment: 2 shares of € 400.00 = € 800.00

For a 2-room apartment: 3 shares of € 400.00 = € 1,200.00

For a 3-room apartment: 4 shares of € 400.00 = € 1,600.00

For a 4-room apartment: 5 shares of € 400.00 = € 2,000.00

For a 5-room apartment: 6 shares of € 400.00 = € 2,400.00

At the beginning of the membership an additional entry fee of 15.00 euros is required!

Do the cooperative shares earn interest?

Yes, the balance sheet profit can be distributed to the members as a share of the profit, this is a dividend payment. Business shares are not a deposit or savings,
but with business shares you are directly involved in a successful housing company. The cooperative paid a dividend of 1.5% for the past year. In principle, the dividend is paid after the annual financial statements have been approved and a resolution passed by the meeting of representatives on the shares that were sold on 01.01 of the respective financial year were paid. For the 2019 financial year, for example, the dividend will be paid in summer 2020.

When can the shares be terminated?

Membership must exist for as long as you are a user / tenant of a cooperative apartment. If you no longer use a cooperative apartment, you can use the shares in whole or in part by 30.09. terminate one year at the end of the year. The canceled business credit is paid out after the annual financial statements have been approved by the meeting of representatives for the following year, but not before the end of June of the respective year.
